POSSESSION NOTICE
[Rule 8(1)] Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules Act 2002

Whereas, Mr. Sreedhar Inampudi, the undersigned being the authorised officer of the ICICI Bank Limited under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest (Act, 2902 (54 of 2002)) and in exercise of powers conferred under Section 13(12) read wth Rule 9 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules. 2002 issued a demand notice under Section 13 (2)dated February 16. 2013 calling upon (1) M/s Sojiram Ispat Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as ‘Borrower). and the guarantors namely (2) Mridul Agarwal; (3) Nisha Agarwal (4) Gopal Agarwal (5) Mayur Agarwal all residing at Plot No.22. Road No.5. Mahindra Hills. Trimurthy Housing Colony. Secunderabad-500026 (6) Sree Balaji Centrifugal Castings, Plot No. B-52 and B-53. Assisted Private Industrial Estate, Balanagar, Hyderabad 500037; (7) Tushar Shivji Karanii. Partner of Sree Balaji Centrifugal Castings residing at Flat No. 206, Tulips Apartment. Somajiguda, Hyderabad 500082 (8) Jayesh Shivji Karani, Partner of Sree Balaji Centrifugal Castings residing at Flat No.206, Tulips Apartment, Somajiguda, Hyderabad 500082 (9) Dinesh K Dedhia. Partner of Sree Balaji Centrifugal Castings, residing at No.61, Padmashree Building, MG Road, Mulund (W), Mumbai 400080; (10) Pushpa Agarwal, Partner of Sree Balaji Centrifugal Castings, residing at Plot no 22. Road No. 5. Mahindra Hills. Trimurthy Housing Colony, Secunderabad – 500026: and (11) Gopal Agarwal, Partner of Sree Balaji Centrifugal Castings, residing at Plot no 22. Road No. 5, Mahindra Hills, Trimurthy Housing Colony, Secunderabad-500026 (hereinafter collectively referred as ‘Guarantors’) to repay the amount mentioned in the demand notice being Rs. 21,96.30.336/- (Rupees twenty one crores ninety six lakhs thirty thousand three hundred thirty six Only) as on February 15, 2013 together with further interest thereon, within 60 days from the date of receipt of the said demand notice. The Borrower having failed to repay the amount. notice was further given to the Borrower and Guarantors and the public in general that the undersigned has taken symbolic possession of Oct Property described herein below in exercise of powers conferred on hintffier under section 13(4) of the said Act read with Rule 9 of the said Rules on June 19, 2013. On June 19. 2013. the same was also published in two leading Newspapers viz.. Andhra Jyothi and Times of India daily newspapers having sufficient circulabon in the locality where the properties are situated. The said possession notice was sent to the respondents through Regd. Post and the same was duty received by the Borrower and Guarantors. Basis the above mentioned notices and publications. the Borrower and Guarantors in particular and the public in general is hereby cautioned not to deal with the properly and any dealings with the property will be subject to the charge of ICICI Bank for an amount of Rs. 21,96.30,336/- (Rupees twenty one crores ninety six lakhs thirty thousand three hundred thirty six Only) as on February 15. 2013 together with further interest thereon as accrued from time to time. All that part and parcel of land and property belonging to !Ns. Sree Balaji Centrifugal Castings. consisting of Plot Nos.:8-52. admeasuring 2626 sq. yards situated at Assisted Private Industrial Estate. Balanagar. Hyderabad bounded by: East :45 Ft. wide Road, West : Plo1 No.: 8-73 & 74. North : Sec to Bombay Road, South : Plot No.: B53. Together with all the buildings and structures thereon and all the plant and machinery attached to the earth permanently fastened to anything attached to the earth. The schedule property has taken possession on 12.06.2017
